R&D Squad Group Lead
Be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it.
I began my career in 2005 as part of the SUCIMA project, developing algorithms for the treatment of soft tissue cancer.
Shortly after graduating in Electronics and Telecommunications at AGH in 2006, I joined Motorola as a tester of CDMA base station software.
Today I can say that it was worth it. Each day is a new opening and gives a lot of joy to the tasks performed. At that time, I had the opportunity to perform many roles allowing to learn the diversity of the Telco industry as a tester, documentalist, programmer, customer support engineer, architect, test / technical lead, project/program manager and R & D manager. What I value most in Nokia is the people I work with and the unique atmosphere.
Since 2017, I have the pleasure to support the development of the Krakow branch of Nokia as the deputy director and obtained in 2018 Lean Six Sigma Black Belt helps me in this.
Privately, I am a father of 4 sons who in the evening is devoted to football and basketball.
